TEOS Scada 15 is the new version of our well-known TEOS Supervisory and Data Acquisition software, specifically designed for the Internet. TEOS is the result of Mikrosay Yazilim's accumulation of experience over 10 years in the industrial automation and information systems fields. With a multitude of references achieved in a short period of time and the intensive interest of systems integrators, machine builders, and end users , we have been encouraged to develop new versions of the TEOS software. Now, TEOS is used in a wide range of industries such as the chemical, aluminum, metal, cement, food processing industries, and also in specific applications such as tire manufacturing processes, plastic extrusion, wire drawing machines, waste water treatment, and natural gas data acquisition. These applications are applied all over the world in countries extending from New Zealand to Mexico.

The system works at desulfurization units I and II. Teos Scada is used to decrease the high sulfur content of melted iron, which comes from blast furnaces, by adding magnesium in different contents according to each recipe. The system operator can work automatically or manually. According to the analysis information that comes from the laboratory via TCP/IP network communication, the required magnesium amount to be used is defined. In addition to this information, aspiration units in the system can be controlled from the same graphic screen. The instruments used: Eurothrem Controller ve PLC

This system is used in glass fiber plants in aspiration units. The data coming from the field are shown at the graphic screen with mimic diagrams. Fans and pumps are controlled according to these data and calculated values. All the alarm points are transferred through dial-up modem to the remote operator station. Botaş pressure reducing stations found at Kemalpaşa Akenerji Power Plant, Çanakkale Dardanel Önentaş Factory and Pera Ceramic Factory are controlled by the TEOS SCADA program. A graphic screen with mimic diagrams, alarm pages, data reporting, and some control actions are available in this system.
