Official Foreign Trade Companies have to organize the export activities of their members in the same sector with the government and their customers. Accordingly the following procedures are followed: All V.A.T. lists related with the export business are calculated for each member. The Official Foreign Trade Company’s share is also calculated for each invoice and related member. Customs export and foreign currency exchange documentation is processed and commercial results are reported automatically. Each member’s recievables and payables are automatically calculated.
