The Networked Temperature Controller product is a single-channel closed-loop temperature controller.

Each channel is individually housed (modularized) with an ethernet network interface. Each channel - each ended temperature - closed-loop device aimed to measure thermocouple temperature at high accuracy. A PID control unit controls heater output temperature depends on thermocouple temperature. J and K type thermocouples and PT100 temperature sensor is supported. Sensor type selection is software selectable and temperature measurement range is 0 to 1200 C . Temperature measurement can be calculated for Celsius, Fahrenheit and/or Kelvin temp. In addition the unit has cold junction compansation feature.

Each unit can be used as a master unit by adding an optional feature and control up to 255 unit. .Thus, master unit gets selected unit parameters and sends to web pages via ethernet connection.

All data and parameter values on the display can be monitored and controlled The network interface (web pages) with ethernet connection provide data acquisition. This network interface allows remote control and real-time monitoring of temperature set point. Software allow the end user access to as many controllers as are required by a given thermal system from any PC on the network.
